A Better Way To Say It

"Can I have all the twelve accounts by Monday?"

Madness! Its impossible! I took 3 days to do 2 sets. How on earth am i going to complete 9 in another 2 days? It was on the tip of my tongue to ask about the deadline, I should have ask her earlier. I don't want to work during the weekends. I have things to attend to during the weekends. The work is not difficult per se, just takes times to understand the system that's all.

At 1930 hours on Friday, i packed 11 sets of accounts into a black file and asked her whether she wants to review. I am done for the week :-)

I realised that I was totally irked when I was told to meet the deadline on Monday. It does make me feel good that she is not going to burn the weekend looking at my files. Just to prove a point. My Unruly Pride :-)

I am sure she has her strengths, but she sure has a knack of getting people irritated. Rather, maybe its just me irritated. ME, and my huge EGO.

Colours of the Rainbow

Haven't seen the colours of the rainbow for a long time. The colours of the rainbow against the hues of the sunset left a deep and memorable impression in my mind.

I am surprised that I am able to catch glimpses of nature's wonders in the city, amongst the skyscrapers and metallic bridges. So it was a definite treat for my eyes to see these awesome hues.

At least there is one other person who has captured nature's beauty.
