Lost child

Finally lost pink lady. This time for good.

The frustration hit only a week after the theft and I lodge a police report online.
But I received no consolation from them as they suggested that I install a CCTV outside the house, or inform them when I see strangers loitering around the void deck.

I tried my luck at Sungei Road once again, but this time to no avail. I scoured the streets of Little India and inspected or the bikes that are vaguely similar to pink lady. It raised my awareness to the number of bikes that are tied to the posts along the road. Which owner would tie an expensive bike to a post and subject it to rain and shine? It definitely casts a huge doubt over the origin of these bikes.

Quite a number of bikes were badly scratched that you could hardly recognise its original colour, or were so badly maintained that you feel sorry for the poor justice done to a good bike.
